Warranty Statement: (a) Seller’s Warranty Repair Service Terms and Conditions warrants that at time of delivery to the carrier, all items will be free from defects in material and workmanship. (b) Seller’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to (1) repairing, or (2) replacing at its factory or (3) allowing an equitable credit for any item, which upon inspection and in the judgment of Seller, is defective in material or in workmanship, provided that Seller is notified of any such defect or nonconformance within twenty-four (24) months for Goggles and Image Intensifiers, and within twelve (12) months for Spare items and Accessories from the date of shipment of the affected item.
