Noctis Technologies – Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
At Noctis Technologies, a Carson Industries Company, we take every possible step to ensure that the products you receive are complete, fully functional, and meet our high quality standards.
All items are inspected and tested before shipping, including all Image Intensifiers and Electro-Optical Devices.
- Reporting a Defective or Non-Operational Product
If your product arrives defective or non-operational, you must report it to us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange if all of the following conditions are met:
- The product has not been modified, altered, or disassembled in any way that voids the factory warranty.
- You contact us within the required time frame and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
Important:
- We cannot accept physically damaged products. If the shipping package appears badly damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier.
- If you accept delivery and later discover shipping damage, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you in filing a carrier insurance claim.
- Each case will be handled individually, and we will take all reasonable steps to correct the problem.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Approval or denial of returns/refunds outside this policy is at the sole discretion of Noctis Technologies.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and other applicable fees.
